REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At My Flourishing Family, we take great pride in offering wellness and skincare products that are crafted with care, integrity, and natural goodness. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right—because your peace of mind matters to us.
Order shipments
No parcel will leave the office without full payment. Lead times of orders vary to product availability, but will be in general 7-10 working days from payment. All our products are freshly manufactured to provide our customers optimal quality.
Shipping: You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/E-mail/SMS when your parcel leaves our office. Please allow 4-6 working days. We do NOT send overnight parcels, therefore please order in time if you need your parcel by a specific date. Parcels will be dispatched from our office from Monday – Thursday.
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase?
- We happily accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of your order date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition in which they were received
- Returns are accepted only within South Africa
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt by filling in our Request a Refund / Return form. Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging and securely packed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund.
- If all is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. Alternatively we can issue you with a credit for future use on our online store.
- All refund amounts are subject to a 3% deduction, used by the payment processing provider for service fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days of our email confirming receipt of the returned item, please check your bank account again. If you’ve done that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@myflourishingfamily.co.za
Courier
- If the reason for refund/return is due to an error on our side, we will cover courier costs and arrange a date with you for collection of the returned items.
- If the reason for refund/return is due to an error on your side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, you should deliver or courier your product to our head office (address will be given upon Refund Request). If you are shipping an item over R300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Coupon Codes
- Discount code is only valid for orders placed online.
- Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
- Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.
- We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
- Promotion codes are only valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
- In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
- In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
When does this policy not apply?
- Orders not processed through the online store.
- Custom orders are exempt from being returned.
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Opened skincare or personal wellness products
- Consumables, such as supplements or oils, if the seal is broken
- Sale or discounted items
- Products purchased from distributors or retail partners (only direct website purchases qualify)
- Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
- If 14 days have passed since an item was delivered, we can’t accept a return.
- Sale items are not returnable / refundable.
- Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Disclaimer:
- Please be advised that the products for sale are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent or treat any disease or health condition and they are not to be considered a medical/pharmaceutical device or treatment.
- Naturally, our products have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration. Test each product on small portion of skin before usage.
- By purchasing our products, you recognise and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that My Flourishing Family – Natural Living will not be held responsible for such occurrences. You as a customer accept FULL responsibility if continued use of or purchase of products without complete or extensive knowledge about product ingredients and/or functions. Make sure you are fully informed before buying any product.
- My Flourishing Family – Natural Living is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is highly recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. * Discontinue use if a reaction occurs. *
- All of the above and standard body care disclaimers will have assumed to be to your knowledge with continued use of the products of and products distributed by My Flourishing Family – Natural Living.
- We disclaim any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranties implied by a course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.
