At My Flourishing Family, I’m here to support you with care and attention—during dedicated work hours that also respect the rhythm of my own home life.

Our hours are:
Monday to Thursday / 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Outside these hours, I’m likely juggling life with teens and young adults—school lifts, real conversations, or just keeping the peace (and the Wi-Fi flowing). 😉

Shipping & Delivery
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship nationwide within South Africa – At this stage, we do not offer international shipping—but we’re exploring this for the future.
  • How long does shipping usually take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • What are your shipping rates or free shipping thresholds?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. *Please note: We do not offer free shipping at this time.
  • Do you offer tracking info or courier updates?
    Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. For a full overview, please read our Refund / Return Policy.
  • How can I request a return or refund?
    Please fill out our Request Refund / Return form and we’ll take it from there.
  • Who covers the return shipping cost?
    Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier for safe return.

    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us immediately at sales@myflourishingfamily.co.za with your order number.
  • What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
    We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please fill out our Request Refund / Return form and we’ll sort it out quickly and kindly.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secure online payments through PayFast, including credit/debit cards, SnapScan, and other South African gateways.
  • Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

  • Are your products safe for sensitive skin, children, or pregnancy?
    Yes, our ranges are designed with natural, non-toxic ingredients and include a gentle Bambino Range for babies and toddlers, a hormone-conscious Teen Skin Line and a Mature Skin Line for dry, sensitive, or hormonal skin. If pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend doing a patch test and consulting your healthcare provider when trying any new product.
  • Are your ingredients natural or organic?
    We use naturally derived and non-toxic ingredients, many of which are organic and locally sourced where possible.
  • How are your handcrafted products made?
    All skincare is compounded in small batches by a trusted, accredited South African pharmacy and our homeopathic blends are custom-prepared by a certified homeopath.
  • What is the shelf life of your products?
    Most products last 6–12 months after opening. Each product is clearly labeled. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Are your products cruelty-free?
    Absolutely. We never test on animals and are committed to ethical, sustainable wellness.
  • Do you offer wholesale, bulk, or collaborations?
