I've come to realise that motherhood is made up of seasons.
There are seasons of tiny hands and bedtime stories.
Seasons of scraped knees and endless questions.
Seasons that stretch us, humble us and sometimes leave us wondering if we're getting any of it right.
And then, almost without warning, you find yourself pinning a leadership badge onto a blazer... wondering where the years went.
One of the greatest gifts of our homeschooling years was time-
Time to truly know my boys.
To see the world through their eyes.
To discover their unique personalities.
To know the quiet places of their hearts before the world ever did.
Those years shaped me just as much as they shaped them.
In many ways, they also shaped the heart behind My Flourishing Family.
My desire has never simply been to offer natural products.
It's always been to help families flourish.
To support health in gentle, natural ways behind the scenes, so we can be more present for the moments that matter most—the conversations, the milestones, the hugs, the prayers, the ordinary days that become treasured memories.
My hope is that every mom who finds My Flourishing Family feels encouraged.

To embrace the season she's in.

There was wrestling in the kitchen instead of proper hugs, dogs playing "catch" on my bed (apparently that's a thing now 🙈), loud laughter, endless snacks... and my mama heart was full.
I've realised something. Even when they're 21 and building lives of their own, home is still their safe place.
As moms, we spend years preparing them to leave. When they do, there's a quiet ache... but also a quiet pride. Maybe missing them is just part of loving them well.
This weekend was a reminder that they may leave home, but they never leave your heart.

❤️ Behind the scenes moment...
The past week has been wonderfully full — busy, beautiful and overflowing with celebrations of life.
As I scrolled through my photo gallery today, I paused on this video of our youngest son on his birthday a few days ago. And suddenly, time felt a little slower.
What struck me most was the pure joy he still finds in the simplest things. That kind of wonder is precious.
But it also reminded me of something else: this is one of the last years of "little boy" moments. One of the last years before small becomes big, before childhood quietly slips into the next season.
For a little while, he was just mine. Then he became ours. And before I know it, he will belong more and more to the world God has called him into.
So I'm sharing this little moment with you because it means so much to me. A reminder to pause, soak it in and hold these ordinary moments close. They become the treasures.
The days are long, but the years are so very short. ❤️
